Balcons Superior, located on the 3rd floor, is designed to enjoy a quiet and relaxed atmosphere with magnificent views of Cime Caron and Belleville valley.
Within a welcoming and modern style area of 140 m2, it can accommodate 8 people being ideal for families and groups.
The apartment has a suite, a double room, a room with 4 beds, a second bathroom, a large living-dining room of 70 m2 with wood fire, an integrated kitchen and two terraces.

Payment on arrival:

• Tourism tax: 1,10€ day/ person over 18
• Deposit: 30% of the total reservation
